Allison’s Eclectic Expatiation

I’m just another confused 20-something weirdo living in the Los Angeles.  Difference is, I was born here.  That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it.

I work full time and go to school at night, slowly chipping away at my GE classes while I decide what I want my major to be (ie; what I want my career to be.)

I’m just another not quite misfit, not quite crowd pleaser, not quite genius trying to figure out what the hell they want.  In the meantime, I’m gonna make some bad choices, read a lot of books, listen to some music, and document the whole damn thing.  In a hopefully eloquent, poignant, clever and interesting fashion.  Though I still crack up at a good “your mom” or “that’s what she said” joke.  Because I’m classy.

I used to have a blog on Xanga, that went from 2004 to 2005.

Then, I started blogging on Myspace, since (baaa), I am sheep.  That went from 2005 to April of 2008.

Then I decided that I wanted to have a grown up webjournal, as opposed to a social-networking blog.  Figured it would be a chance to improve my writing skills, and open up my ramblings to a larger group of people.

And here we are.
